Falafel Sauce


1 can Chick Peas
250 ml greek style yoghurt
1 clove garlic 1/2 teaspoon ground cummin
lemon juice
large pinch Sea/Rock salt
pepper


Blend drained and rinsed Chick Peas in a food processor.
Add yoghurt, ground cummin.
Crush garlic with Sea/Rock salt and add.
Add lemon juice to taste.
Pepper to taste.

Play with this by adding Paprika, a splash of Olive Oil, a little chilli powder, some chopped tomato (with juice) or anything else that takes your fancy.
