Olive, Almond and Grape Nibbles

Ingredients:
a generous handful of Almonds
a generous handful of Black Olives
a generous handful of Red Grapes
3-6 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
freshly ground rock salt - (or whatever)

In a heavy based frying-pan, and over a medium heat, saute Almonds and garlic in the Olive oil for a few minutes (4-6). Add the Olives for a few minutes more. Finally add the Grapes and heat them through with the rest of the mix, stirring, for a few more minutes, until warmed through. Using a slotted spoon to reduce oil content a little, place in a serving bowl, sprinkle with salt and serve. An interesting variation can add rosemary sprigs, basil or anything else . (Rosemary at the start of the process, basil with the grapes perhaps.)
